Feeding Dreams Cambodia is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious, non- governmental and grass roots organisation serving 800 underprivileged students from the urban slums of Siem Reap. We strive to keep families united, fight poverty, illiteracy and malnutrition, and help grow tomorrow’s community leaders.
We opened our doors in 2012 to hundreds of starving children, desperate for an education, and we never could have envisaged what the project would grow to be. Sala Kamrek community and its people have embraced us with open arms, as well as local government who use us as a model of best practice for smaller charities, we are the largest organisation in our commune and have earned an excellent reputation.
Through the strategic implementation of our seven established programs:
- Meals (600 served daily)
- Education (800 students)
- Vocational Training & Job placement (60 underprivileged youth per year)
- Women Empowerment
- Youth Education Sport, Y.E.S Football Academy (over 200 disadvantaged teenagers enrolled)
We deliver effective and positive outcomes. We have a great team of responsible professional Khmer management and staff, working alongside accomplished international staff.
